Guacamole Hack - Guac on the Go

I love guacamole - a lot of people do. I make guacamole - a lot of people don’t.

This divide is odd, but easily explained. People who love PB&J sandwiches most likely make them. PB&J is simple and can be made in a couple of minutes with a few ingredients.

On the other hand, guacamole typically requires a lot of tools, ingredients, and effort. It takes planning, time, and commitment to make it, and after all of that work, it’s only fresh for a short period of time.

Sadly, most people end up buying pre-packaged guacamole even though it’s a huge freshness and quality sacrifice.

Aquacado is here to change that. Below is a link to a tutorial video as well as a few tips and tricks for simplifying guacamole and always having #freshguac.

Guacamole Hacks – Guac on a Paddleboard

Easy Guac:

·      Pico de Gallo

·      Avocados

·      Guac Box

·      Chips

Step 1. Buy a container of premade pico de gallo. “That sounds contradictory” you might say since I just railed on store-bought guac, but store-bought pico is actually a very different story. Pre-made guac is bad because avocados just don’t stay fresh. The other ingredients are fine and they’re everything you need for some decent guac – tomato, onion and cilantro.

Step 2. Buy a few ripe avocados

Step 3. Get a Guac Box

Step 4. Fill your Guac Box shakers with whatever you like to put in your guacamole. I use: coarse sea salt, tabasco sauce, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper.

Step 5. Put the pico de gallo, avocados, Guac Box, and chips in a bag

Step 6. Go on an adventure

Step 7. Open the bag

Step 8. Slice open some avocados into the Guac Box container, add your pico de gallo, and add spices to taste.

Step 9. Enjoy your fresh guac with chips

Step 10. Bask in the glory of all the time you saved
